Clan Wars Chat

A third chat tab that says Clan Wars. Only on battle day the chat opens for 24 hrs during battle day. There is really no difference except on the end user. We have to go through tedious motions in order to chat with enemy team, but can so why not just make it easier on the ones paying supercells payroll checks.
