Goblin Master (Hero)

I think a new Hero for the game should be the "Goblin Master" A massive goblin looking hero that costs 500 000 Elixir and is for the lower level players with town hall lvl 5,6 just like normal Goblins his favourite target should be resources and his power should be when activated that the amount resources taken is doubled in the 10s it is active, it also summons goblins.
