resource sharing, new building

you should be able to donate resources to other clanmates if they need it. it should be a building like the clan castle called a vault and you could request resources from there with about an hour cooldown time. when people attack they should not be able to steal the loot from the vault. it should be where lvl 1 you can get lets say 100,000 of any resource and when upgraded to lvl 2 it can hold 150,000, lvl 3 200,000, lvl 4 250,000 and lvl 5 300,000. it will basically be just like a clan castle, and people can choose wether to give gold or elixir and every time they donate it donates 10,000 and the max someone donates on one request is 50,000. dark elixir would be smaller amounts since ninjaody really wants to give out 10,000 dark elixir, it should be more 1,000 dark elixir a peice and max is 5,000 dark. for dark elixir just take off a zero on every level so lvl 1 can hold 10,000 dark, lvl 2 can hold 15,000 dark etc.
