Enlist in clan war

There should be a feature that allows people to enlist for the clan war instead of being drafted. Everyone in the clan who wants to partininjate enlists, then a search is done to find another clan that matches the level of all who enlisted. That way people who cannot fight for some reason, don't take up a space from those in the clan who want to fight.
