CO LEADERSHIP ROLES (3 openings, 223 gets first decision):
1. dONATION ENCOURAGEMENT/DRAFT DODGER MANAGEMENT (nycd ) (1) This coleader would watch donation ratios, try to ninja free riders, and facilitate donations. Weekly clanmails would list received to donated ratios in excess of 5.0, or any bad practices (donatting the wrong unit without asking and receiving a positive reply--having a ratio of greater than1 and demanding drk elx troops excessively or exclusively), and demotions of 1 level will be made. Additionally, on an ongoing basis before the start of each new war, the DEDDM wiill "invite" inactive* members to join LOYALTY 24/9. (*those missing 4 consecutive attacks in war).
2. CELEBRATION/WARBASE ALERTS (1 open, picklemaster)(2) These coleaders would check the warlog for ***G3n3raL***s, and publish the list here and in clanmail. A two person job, in rotation...week on week off, or every other war. Will also act as clan historian, noting milestones and advancements. Additionally, the CWA coleaderss will review all our defenses that were 3 starred, and decide if it was an overpowered attack, or questionable design. In the latter case, they will alert the clan, and facilitate warbase improvements.
3. WAR CASTLE DONATION COMMITTEE (1 open, jelle, eddie + mykehl) (3 + LEADER) Top available levels for all War castle requests. Members rotate into this position automatically. More senior members are "rested" until new levels are unlocked.
POSITION 3 IS OPTIONAL, BUT ENCOURAGED. (We all get a hand when we need it, we lend a hand when we are capable, and we develop "youngsters" to care for us in "retirement").
4. SEE SOninjaING THAT NEEDS DOING? DO IT! Ask me to consider the creation of a new coleadership for the responsibilities. Possibilities include: BAse Doctor, Snipe tutor, Chief Farmer, Executive in Charge of Overseeing Builder Hut Procurement Via Achievements (EICOBHPVA).

CO LEADER BEST PRACTICES: Nurture lower level players. Use: troops, encouragement, enlightenment, replays, replay commentaries, recommended outside video or text, and an understanding that all are entitled to learn the way we did, by failing horribly.

It is hoped each coleader will develop a named understudy to mentor in the tasks and tricks, to take over for them in case of need.

WAR CASTLE DONATION COMMITTEE:

Can we all fill the war castles with our best? JT has lvl5 wizards, jelle has lvl2 healers, I have lvl 2 dragons. Can we each meeet the war castle requests or communicate when we are going to be short for whatever reason...and figure out who gets called o to fill in?
As another clanmate reaches a new level, they will "rest" the most senior member of the WC donation committee for that level, and that person will not donate to WCs until a new highest lvl is unlocked.This way all will benefit coming up, and paying your dues will earn you a sort of retirement, when we have enogh level 6s.
